> **Pros**: This is a fairly friendly solution, one of the advantages is that it is included with the antivirus agent so you do not need to install additional agents, the administration console is in the cloud and you can also manage other services from the same vendor.

> **Cons**: Although there is very good documentation and the community helps a lot in solving problems, the only thing that should be improved is the support in response times for online cases, for Latin America the response times are high considering that sometimes the responses Support in English is obtained at night/early morning from Latin American countries.

> In general terms, disk encryption works quite well, I use it every day and I have never had any problems. In cases where the user loses their encryption code, the solution is very easy from the administration console.
