> **Pros**: Ease of access to make payments online, submit maintenance requests, and access newsletter and additional information in the portal.

> **Cons**: None as my time using Rezedent never had any issues.

> I was a resident tenant where I used Rezedent to make online rental payments,  submit maintenance requests, and received newsletters through the portal. All my property rules and regulations were also pre-loaded. It's been very convenient and easy to use and I'd recommend this for any tenant whether it's for a HOA or a multi-family rental\!
