Overall, it is an easy program for first-time starters. Other software had a lot of bells and whistles, but Yardi is simple.
Pros:
I absolutely love Yardi. It is user-friendly and error-proof. It will not allow you to save if you are missing something critical. This goes a long way in HUD properties.
Cons:
There was really nothing bad about Yardi that stands out. If I had to find one, it would be that pulling reports was hard to navigate.

Overall I have had a good experience with KUBE. i love their customer service team
Pros:
Very good system to have for any company that specializes in member services. The ease of booking reservations and or editing them surpassed my expectations. Monthly invoices should be checked ahead of time ( before they go out ) to ensure they are all correct but other than that KUBE is great. Especially their Customer Service team. They answer within minutes.
Cons:
I find it a little difficult to export reports into a PDF .

"Yardi Kube simply charged my bank account"

Yardi Kube spelled my company name wrong and I wrote to them...no response. Yardi Kube simply put my account on auto pay which I did not authorize.
Pros:
it does the job for the landlord I guess.
Cons:
I use manual pay as default, because it puts me in control. Yardi Kube simply initiated payment (auto pay) on Saturday night, so I had to run to the bank and transfer money on a Sunday.
