> **Pros**: We transitioned from a paper-based system to Niko which allowed us to go fully electronic not only with our document management but eligibility and claim submissions. Overall, their customer support team and constant improvements are the highlight of the experience.

> **Cons**: The resupply functionality is a major pain point for us, and our patients receive supplies every 6 months. The functionality, the UI, and the reporting are all subpar.
