> **Pros**: The biggest win for us has been how stable the data feed is day to day, before this, we were constantly dealing with missing entries, partial updates or data that just didn't line up across runs. With Ficstar, the data comes in on a predictable schedule and follows a consistent structure, which made it much easier to trust what we were looking at.

> **Cons**: While overall consistency is strong, when something does look off, it's not always obvious why. We don't have much visibility into the underlying collection process, so troubleshooting edge cases can take longer than we'd like

> We run a product where competitor pricing data feeds directly into both internal decision making and user facing features. Early on, we tried to build and maintain that pipeline ourselves. The problem wasn't getting it to work once, it was keeping it working over time.
Bringing in Ficstar was really about removing that uncertainty, the biggest change for us wasn't new functionality, it was simply being able to rely on the data again.
