Instead, we got the same copy-paste response over and over, directing us to contact another business' support team. A team that no longer exists because the platform is closed. The support agent was polite but completely unhelpful, repeating the same scripted reply regardless of what we asked. When we asked if we were speaking with an AI, we were told no. But the identical, templated replies suggest otherwise. Rating: 1/5 — Two months, zero resolution, and no accountability.
