Comments: Benefits could be morale, most everyone enjoys being rewarded for doing a good job.

Pros:

The diversity in which you can earn and spend your points. I also like how you can see the history of the acquired points. It shows you where and how you earned so that you can potentially do it again in the future.

Cons:

Have yet to find anything difficult to use about Cooleaf, the notifications of ongoing programs are good info. I don't feel like I've been spammed, so that's good. I can't point to one specific part of the program that I like least.

Pros:

Cooleaf makes it easy for team to recognize and be rewarded for day to day activities at work

Cons:

I would say probably the fact that some rewards start at $25. There should be an option to start at $10

Comments: Benefits are Emotional support for me... I feel good when I am rewarded for my hard work..

Pros:

Accessing the Dashboard is very easy for me. Finding colleagues to reward points or give inspirational recognition.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like, for what I use Cooleaf for. It is mainly entertainment and empowering for me.

Comments: My overall experience with Cooleaf is postive experience. As of today I am pleased that my company uses this as a form of rewarding their employees for extra efforts.

Pros:

I love the variety of ways to redeem my rewards. They use companies that are relevant to me and redeeming my rewards has never been easier.

Cons:

My company just recently rewarded our Branch for excellent service and each team member was awarded a certain amount of points but I have not rec'd my points yet and will need to reach out to management for help with this matter and hope that it can be resolved quickly.

Getting the Most Out of Cooleaf

Comments: I have not tried to solve anything, except by giving my feedback on todays survey.And the Cooleaf is a great tool to get away from the hustle & bustle of work & life for that reason. I hope the kinks get fixed, like life nothing is perfect. I hope this survey helped & keep up the good work!!

Pros:

The tool that is most impactful is basically being able to read on the front of the email, before you actual go into the Cooleaf site, to see what the rest of the Post is about.That is why you as the reader can decide to I want to actual go into the site or just read what I see on the email. Saves time!!

Cons:

The features that can be improved are: logging in, I saved my password & the system still wants me to put my password in. I made sure I checked off in the Remember Me area, it still does not work. And also for Employee Recognition I found it difficult to look to see who recognized me. There should be a tab you should easily be able to go to, in order to get to that selection. I search & search to look at the comments, I sometimes give up.

An Employee's Perspective

Comments: As an employee, I feel that Cooleaf has really helped bring our staff together. I am more aware of my coworkers, what they are like, who they are, and their achievements. I can see what they have accomplished and congratulate them accordingly without the need of a staff meeting or announcement email, and it seems more personal, making people more likely to become engaged and actually participate and view information rather than skipping over something because we are inundated with emails and announcements on a daily basis and do not have the time or energy.

Pros:

What I like the most about this software is how much can be done to engage and involve your employees both with the management team and with one another. Without the need for social media, it provides a platform where employees are encouraged to get to know one another and build a community. Activities can be used to engage everyone and bring people out of their shell, while recognition and rewards incentivize the use of the app and encourages everyone to participate.

Cons:

I had some trouble in the beginning getting the app to work for me, and was only able to use the website for a time, but that was likely a matter of user error rather than a matter of something wrong with the system/program. Perhaps a bit of a tutorial for using the app or troubleshooting common app problems could benefit the system, for those who are struggling?

Love using Cooleaf every day

Pros:

I love the employee recognition posts that look like a news feed on social media. It's great to have them in one place. I also love the activities that are posted on a regular basis and allow me to answer fun questions and read what others have said.

Cons:

I don't like the way the notifications work, there may be options/settings I need to look into to fix that.

Comments: Overall, this has been a very easy system to navigate. I have used the program for companywide games and posts, as well as to redeem points.

Pros:

I love recognition software for employees. I am happy we are able to give and recieve points for doing our jobs well. It also increases morale and camaraderie amongst co-workers.

Cons:

This may be user error, but I have not been able to recognize everyone in our organization. I will continue to learn the program, but there have been coworkers who have been a great help that I was unable to find in the names that auto populate.

Cooleaf is changing the game!

Comments: Using Cooleaf has increased my employee engagement for sure. I love being able to see whenever I'm recognized. It's amazing to know our company cares enough about us to implement this kind of tool!

Pros:

The software is easy to navigate and fun to use. The site content is fresh, clear and easy to understand. I love the color palette as well, it's easy on the eyes!

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything missing! With my current usage (1-2 times a week), I don't have complex needs or require additional features. Cooleaf works for me just the way it is. If I use Cooleaf more frequently in the future, I'll be sure to voice my opinion at that time (if it's changed).

Cooleaf - a valuable tool

Comments: Excellent. I love the daily, weekly and monthly activities. As a team lead being able to acknowledge someone on my team going above and beyond. It's such a valuable tool.

Pros:

Very easy to navigate and understand. Interaction is what I like most. To be able to acknowledge co-works for their successes just makes it a much better working environment.

Cons:

More product availability to choose from instead of gift cards.

Comments: I like it and it is fun to learn about other coworkers that you don't see very often .

Pros:

I like the involvement and recognition that employees get with Cooleaf. Being such a large company it allows coworkers the opportunity to what others are achieving at work and also in their personal lives.

Cons:

Sometimes it is a little hard to navigate activities. You should have pop ups when you log on to give you an easier way to find the activity .
