Quite basic, does not allow for as much customization of reports and fields as I would like. Also would like more ability to work directly in the CRM with my fellow development and communications colleagues. Donor profile pages are very disjointed and messy - I have to dig to find the info I need as it is spread across different tabs and not all of the categories are easily accessible to run in reports which is a real pain as I have to make a report and then go into the individual donor profiles to find the additional info I need and enter it manually. > > I've used a few different CRMs while working in nonprofits and I'd say Neon is in the middle of the pack. It can be clunky and cumbersome to work with - not the most intuitive but once you become familiar with the platform it does what we need it to as a small non-profit.
