Lovely Software for hotels
Pros:
This is so lovely and easy to use when you have a small hotel is no more difficult than click and point.
Cons:
Few niggles but the developers are happy to make changes based on feedback.

A solution for a lot of problems
Comments: Beyond the CS issue (which I hope are just growing pains) I love High Level. It's been a dream for myself and my clients to have one great platform that is flexible and can do everything we need. I recommend it to others almost daily. Just know that like most software companies, the support can be frustrating.
Pros:
I've used other CRM systems and have had issues left and right over the years. It's software, so there are going to be bugs from time to time, but High Level is always looking to innovate and add more features to the platform. It's great to finally have one place where everything works together without a lot of duct tape.
Cons:
Customer support. I find this is an issue with most SAAS companies but it canbe really frustrating when support knows less than I do 100% of the time when I need help. I've had tickets get lost and take months to get resolved. (Mostly not with a good answer.) That said, I RARELY need to contact them so it stands out as bad CS when all the tickets I have end up like that. Other than that, It' runs way smoother than any other platform I've worked with in over 20 years.
Hotel clients love HL software
Pros:
Analytics and visual reports are very useful and the fact they're always updating, improving and making the app better overtime.
Cons:
There are so many limits within this app, like email sending out, customizations, not a good calendar for booking system.
Good software for sales agencies
Comments: My experience with Highlevel has been good other than occasional 404 errors unexplained and difficulty with email set up / deliverability.
Pros:
I love how Highlevel connects pipelines to workflows and all other features cohesively. Generous affiliate program.
Cons:
It isn’t extremely easy for an average user to onboard themselves and set up their entire account.
High Level Software
Comments: Great customer service, easy installation and deployment, brilliant value for money, intuitive user-friendly system!
Pros:
Cost of acquisition and running costs are extremely competitive. The System is very intuitive making it easy to use and keeping training requirements to a minimum.
Cons:
It wouldn't be unfair to stay there aren't as many reports in HLS compared to other PMS systems, however, who use them all anyway. The big win on the other hand is their open API so you can link up with other reporting systems and then the skies the limit, you can build whatever report or dashboard you want
High Level Software think before you leap
Comments: My overall experience has been negative I have now before my contact end gone back to my previous booking system even though it means me paying for two contracts I figure two contracts still costs less than the lost bookings through HLS
Pros:
Visually pleasing , analytics are good , other than that there’s not too much to recommend this product .
Cons:
Blips in the system costing bookings , no availability calendar therefore clunky for the guest to book , it does not perform consistently

The best tool for your business hands down
Comments: Super great experience you have to do a bit of learning to learn how to use the software but its all videos and easy to do so you be up and running know time.
Pros:
I like that am able to bring all of my businesses to one place and be able to manage them all. The tools and training given with High Level is unmatched and pure value this software has changed my business and continues to make it better each day super work team.
Cons:
I love everything about this software nothing to complain about, but if I had to ask for one thing is to be able to customize the back office with color and change the icons with out having to use vendors
Customer Service
Comments: Ive had many years of service which has required very few reasons for me to have to get in touch with them - so runs reasonable smoothy in the background which is what you want. Customer service is the most important reason for choosing them, I'm still with them 5 odd years later which says everything really.
Pros:
The software is very good but the Team are always improving and developing the product. Initially when I first joined you could speak with the technical team instantly which was fantastic and the main reason I picked this product which was quite a bit more costly than competitors. They have changed this which is a bit disappointing as its much harder to get instant help but I have an awesome account manager which I can just call or email and is a main reason I stay with High Level Software
Cons:
Limitation, I can't create auto emails to send out earlier than 14 days or customise the confirmation email very much. There are also a lot of clicking between actions which slows me down as we don't have the best internet service in the area.

Best Value for Money PMS we could find.
Comments: Very good from selection to implementation and ongoing support. New feature roll outs are also well handled and have always improved functionality.
Pros:
It does everything you need particularly integration with our EPOS and control of 3rd party rates and inventory with the OTAs. Does it in a user-friendly way with no extraneous confusing features.
Cons:
The integration into our website could be prettier, however, that is a s much about our web platform as it is about High Level.
Good but could be better
Pros:
It's easy to use. the cost is reasonable and analytics are helping. I would recommend this to my new clients.
Cons:
I wish there was more tutorials and even images to show to my clients before they try the demo. They are simply tells me there are better options to go with. High Level Software is not going sharp in this area! so please be more creative and work on a new up-tp-date look for the whole software
Very Poor customer service and restrictive system
Comments:
Disappointing have now left and switched to cloudbeds for same cost but a hugely
Improved system and customer service.
Pros:
Local company and initial interactions were great and helpful. Served purpose initially
Cons:
Very little development through future releases which were infrequent and system not upgraded to stay relevant in the market Over last 2 years Customer service was very poor and no understanding by the company to the plight of the hospitality sector to the restrictions and impact of COVid

HLS User Friendly
Comments:
We are using High Level Software across 3 sites and are very happy with the product
When opening a new hotel the support and guidance offered was second to none and I had great confidence in the team, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are very open to new ideas and suggestions.
The support team are amazing and no matter what kind of question or query you may have, they are always happy to assist and resolve any issues.
Pros:
High Level Software is a very user friendly system and is easy to navigate. The ease of making a reservation to printing the financial reports needed is a very easy process. It is great you can log in from anywhere. The integration with the channel manager is instant and excellent.
Cons:
It took a little while to get the financial reporting to where we needed it, but got there in the end.
Excellent product
Comments: Excellent. It does what we need it to do for the basics
Pros:
The product is easy to use with a comprehensive set of easy to use guides if you get stuck. The team are on hand to support further if needed
Cons:
Sometimes a bit clunky when using the calendar for forward bookings Would like a function to block book across all of our rooms (there may be a function that I haven’t found yet) and not just across dates
Simple but mostly effective
Comments:
Overall it is simple and does what it needs to do. A few tweaks and additional features to streamline processes would be helpful.
Return to original view of extras needed on homescreen would be beneficial.
Pros:
Very simple to use- easy to train staff in usage. Very visual.
Cons:
The ability to use more coding in emails for ease of use eg. Being able to link to input booking dates to save sending multiple emails. It does not automatically send confirmations. Set up of temporary alert emails (for restaurant closures etc) for particular dates only is not a function available.

Ease of use and good customer service are important.

Makes sense
Comments: Very positive
Pros:
Easy to use and navigate. Very competitive pricing model that avoids commission based fees. Have recommended to other hoteliers who have remained with HLS
Cons:
Their main strength of being a small company is a mild weakness as feature creation and integration can take some time.
Style over substance
Pros:
None. Not a front end user so that may be OK, although speaking to colleagues they have a list of complaints about it too.
Cons:
Awful from an accounts point of view. Multiple VAT rates in operation has completely stumped the developers and the bill to room option is a complete nightmare. Unlimited list of issues that have been reported and just arent getting resolved, to the point where I have all but given up and we are working around the issues as best we can. If things don't improve drastically we will be switching at the first contract get out window.
Good Quality product
Comments: High-level is what are business needed.
Pros:
Easy to use, easy to complete training with staff.
Cons:
Happy with the product, if we run into issues they are quickly solved.
High Level Software is still the best complete hotel management solution!
Comments: High Level Software replaced our WordPress booking management system, which also lacks important features.
Pros:
What I like about High Level Software is the contactless hotel experience. This got it's importance since the pandemic.
Cons:
What I like least about High Level Software is the "not so newbie" friendly interface.
