> **Pros**: L'interfaccia è intuitiva, il supporto tecnico e commerciale è veloce. 
Le funzionalità intelligenti come la gestione delle buste paga con separazione per codice fiscale e report di lettura facilitano il lavoro d'ufficio facendo risparmiare tempo e carta.
Il software viene costantemente aggiornato e gli utenti ricevono le notifiche di rilascio, è inoltre disponibile una guida utente molto ordinata completa per le esigenze quotidiane.

> **Cons**: Sebbene venga aggiornato costantemente, il prodotto è abbastanza rigido e non prevede personalizzazioni. 
E' adattabile a tutte le realtà ma con dei limiti definiti che spesso ostacolano la prospettiva di una gestione univoca dell'intero processo.
Ad esempio nel nostro caso, in qualità di Impresa Edile la gestione delle timbrature con servizi e luoghi è estremamente utile ma l'assenza di una funzionalità di gestione dei rapportini di fine giornata ci impedisce di utilizzare una sola piattaforma. Allo stesso modo, il modulo documenti, che gestisce le revisioni ma non gli avvisi alla scadenza, ci impedisce di unificare l'archiviazione.

> A distanza di 4 anni dall'attivazione, abbiamo visto il prodotto aggiornarsi e migliorarsi. Siamo soddisfatti del servizio e del rapporto qualità-prezzo che riteniamo uno dei migliori sul mercato.

> **Pros**: Vantaggi pratici sia per l'azienda che per i dipendenti e negli anni ho visto aggiungere sempre nuove funzionalità utili e personalizzabili in base alle esigenze. La piattaforma è semplice da usare e contribuisce a migliorare l'esperienza lavorativa di tutti.

> **Pros**: Tra i principali vantaggi di Geobadge evidenziamo sicuramente la grande flessibilità d’uso della piattaforma. Il sistema si adatta facilmente a realtà aziendali differenti e consente di configurare diversi processi in base alle specifiche esigenze operative e organizzative. 
Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare l’integrazione tra la pianificazione delle attività e il gestionale presenze, che permette di avere una visione completa e coordinata dell’organizzazione del personale.

> **Cons**: Tra gli aspetti migliorabili di Geobadge segnaliamo alcuni limiti presenti nell’app. In alcune situazioni operative sarebbe utile avere strumenti più completi e immediati direttamente da app, senza dover necessariamente passare dal portale web.

> L’esperienza complessiva con Geobadge è stata positiva, soprattutto per la capacità della piattaforma di adattarsi alle esigenze operative della nostra organizzazione.
