Comments: Advantage Club is a comprehensive employee engagement solution that I highly recommend. The platform has made it easy for me to find rewards and benefits that fit my interests and needs, and the community-building feature has helped me connect with colleagues from all around the world. The FlexBen feature has also been incredibly useful, giving me the flexibility to choose the benefits that matter most to me and my family. While there's room for improvement, overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Advantage Club.

Appreciattion peer to peer , the long service wall and the nomination section

Cons:

The App does not have all the features available. (like birthdays, nominations) From the Admin perspective, I´m not able to configure many features, I always need to request to the tech team.
