Comments: What I have experience is navigating thru the apps , kinda friendly user. I haven't claim any rewards however I did check it already on how to redeem it. I was so amaze with the set up

What I like the most is the platt itself very friendly user. We have 24/7 a day access in into it. We can convert points into eGift or pay maya good as cash. Even using points to raffle entry and have chances to win big prices.

Cons:

for me nothing, Everything was smooth. What I can I highly suggest is keep everything as normal, every employees like the platform.

I like all of its features and the fact that it is made to make employees life so easy , everyone likes to go shopping online and enjoy games , connect with the community and these are all in Advantage club it's like a one stop shop!

Cons:

2 times I experienced a technical issue when I tried redeeming my points and didn't went through ,it's kind of inconvenient to be honest and the support team took about 3 to 4 days to refund the amount but the good thing is the support system is easy to use, just sent an email about the issue and you just really need to wait for the resolution.

It's a way for Concentrix (my employer) to recognize their employees and show that a little recognition goes a long way and will definitely reach a huge impact to the employees and employer. Advantage club is something that really helped users like myself. Especially their very minimalist and easy to understand UI

The only time I had an issue was when the reward I bought was not sent to my account immediately - But! their customer service was spot and on and very active that they went ahead and resolved my issue on the first go.
