> **Pros**: Booth Central is very efficient and organized. They make the process of taking reservations simple. It is like having another employee in our office. Their customer service is great.

> **Cons**: There's not much. It could be a little more flexible. We run many types of events and sometimes the default inquires do not apply to our vendors. I would like to be able to enter my own questions. I must say, that the BC team always tries to accommodate any changes we request.

When a complaint was filed, the system allowed confidential support information to be used by an event host to launch a private campaign of hostile emails and issue a retaliatory business blacklist against my company simply for seeking platform assistance.&#10;Furthermore, platform management dismissed these documented policy violations and targeted digital surveillance as "standard correspondence," claiming they lack the authority to regulate host conduct. Returning a minor application fee does not excuse a systemic failure to maintain a secure, compliant marketplace or enforce basic trust and safety standards for the independent vendors who fund this service.

While the interface appears user-friendly for standard applications, the platform's support infrastructure fails to protect independent vendors.&#10;When a dispute arises, the system exposes confidential vendor ticket information to event hosts, creating an environment where hosts can retaliate against small businesses without consequence. Because corporate leadership explicitly condones retaliatory blacklisting and external digital surveillance as "standard correspondence," I consider utilizing this platform to be a significant operational and privacy risk for any independent vendor. I will be taking my business to secure, compliant alternative marketplaces.
