> **Pros**: It made job easier. Instead of voice writing the audio, with the help of Kensho, we can go straight to scoping. It saves a lot of time and effort. It also provides confidence score so we will be able to know how to manage the audio. It also separates the text into different speakers automatically which is very helpful\!

> **Cons**: Rarely, the system crashes thus having difficulty to upload audio. And when you refresh, the option of playing the audio word by word disappears. But these are just small things compared to the pros of this software.
