### "Nonexistent Customer Service for a Sub Par Product" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Great selection of furniture and styles. Easy to add to the room.
> 
> **Cons**: Company will not respond to customer service requests. When you set up the calibration of measurements and angles of walls in each room,  the furniture goes in at a set angle and does not mirror the calibration of the room.  So if for example the ceiling in your photo slants upwards to the left, the furniture stays slanted upwards to the right regardless making the product useless. This is a known error (but of course you dont know its a known error until after you pay).

> Horrible. I requested a refund but they have never responded to my correspondence.
