Comments: Overall, the experience has been super positive. As I referred to above, the platform is easy to use, navigate, and train our staff on which is very appreciated in our busy industry!
Pros:
We really like how easy data input is, as well as the user experience for our staff. Logging timesheets and requesting time off has never been easier!

They have settings that can really mess things up.
Payworks product review
Comments: We have had a great experience and we have not faced any problems. Any issue that we needed resolved were quickly resolved. The customer service is available when needed. The system seems to do everything we need and more.
Pros:
User-friendly interface, ease of transition from another payroll provider, knowledgeable staff. Even if our contact person is not available and we call the main customer service the individuals are always able to assist.
Cons:
Difficult to say. There is so much to learn it can be a bit overwhelming but I hate to say that this is a disadvantage it just takes time to learn. One suggest that we had was to include the ability to download the basic payroll reports, with one lick but as individual files, rather than all in one document. Just a minor thing but would be helpful as we are currently saving them individually.

Pros:
The ease of performing all the tasks on one website which includes Payroll Deductions, Employee benefits. Fees are the lowest with good support.
Cons:
Absence Management is included as an additional cost, also there is no application.
