> **Pros**: Its a good option for sharing a Quickbooks desktop application.  Great system that is easy to use with support available when needed.

> **Cons**: US dollar pricing.  We are based in Canada so the exchange rate takes it from being affordable to expensive.

> We have been using the application for over 5 years and it has been very stable and problem free until this week when I was unable to open the app.  I signed in, and connected with the support team and followed their recommendations and the problem was resolved within a few hours.

> **Pros**: My absolute favorite thing about Qbox is the customer service. I once had our IT department spend a couple days trying to figure out an issue I was having. Someone else suggested reaching out to Qbox for their IT support and I wished I had done that sooner\! They were so knowledgeable and were able to walk me through the steps to fix my issue on my own. What took my IT days to try and resolve was fixed in less than an hour through Qbox support.

> **Cons**: That only one user can be in the file at one time. It can become frustrating if you're trying to work on something, but someone else needs in the file right away.

> I've spent most of my career using a different accounting software. I was very happy and relieved to find that Qbox was quite user friendly, even for someone with zero experience. The IT support is probably the best I've ever seen.

> **Pros**: The ability to share access with our accounting software with our accountants and have everything sync remotely.

> **Cons**: Network issues have been common but as a small business we do not have an it member so it requires some effort from us to reach out to customer support and resolve issues. Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful. I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly.

> Qbox is a great tool to share files remotely and securely. Runs smooth and fast. Straightforward to use once installed. Customer service has always been helpful with the questions we have every now and then.
