Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful. I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly.

> **Cons**: The only issue has been dealing with various Internet filters that impact our use of QBox. This is not a problem with QBox itself but just our experience.

> My favorite part of dealing with QBox is the excellent support we receive from their various representatives. They have been a tremendous help to us and go beyond the call of duty when they help us out. I am a huge QBox fan- I recommend it highly to those still using QuickBooks Desktop
