Pros:
the design itself so unique but the usage of it is useless.
Cons:

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This platform, and the company as a whole, are just horrible!
I have several documented incidents where clients have submitted funds for payment and Veem has held onto the funds longer than their own policy states. The generic answer we would receive, "Please accept our apologies...it's due to a third-party issue...".
This answer would only come once you have escalated the matter and exhausted all other options to get someone on the phone. I informed our client that we can no longer use this platform, and they fully supported our team, as they had full visibility of the issues.
NOTE: We pay for the "instant transfer" service, and due to the large deposits we are charged the max $20 for each transaction....and STILL, they are always delayed depositing funds. Coming up with a last minute excuse to place blame elsewhere.

Pros:
When it worked, it was like a bank...quick direct deposit; however, the number of issues and horrible customer service overshadows any possible good that may come from this company.
Cons:
1. NO Customer service - It is non existent! No response to chat or email, and you're lucky if you EVER get a person on the phone.
2. POOR performance - Consistently late depositing funds, even with the 'Instant Transfer' fee agreement cost of $20/transaction.
3. NO accountability for their own actions or issues caused by their system/processes, always shifting blame.
4. NO sense of urgency in resolving issues caused by their own systems, or even implementing tools or processes for sustainable improvement. Seems they only care about getting your money, holding onto it long enough to make a few $$ off interests, then releasing it to you at their convenience.

"Due to recent experience, I don't trust Veem"

Pros:
Worked OK. Did what it was supposed to do, until it didn't.
Cons:
They broke their own two-factor authentication -- one day, without prior notification to us, their system was no longer capable of sending SMS messages for authentication. I could no longer sign in to our account. Many attempts at working with their customer service to fix this dragged on for a couple weeks. Meanwhile, we couldn't pay our suppliers on time, and our reputation took a hit. The problem never did get fixed. We changed to a different payment platform, which took time. And now, after several requests to cancel our account, they are still withdrawing the $19.99 monthly fee from our bank account. Infuriating!

"Veem is a great software program"

I've had a generally good experience with Veem, it's easy to use and simplifies processing payments locally as well as globally, and I value the competitive exchange rates and cheaper costs when compared to more standard methods.
Pros:
Veem simplifies payments with clients and suppliers, allowing secure and fast transactions. It also supports international payments
Cons:
The primary downside of Veem is its high fees for fast transfers and instant global deposits which can be pricey for businesses that require fast transactions.

I don't like how low you have to wait before funds are available and it is a hassle trying to withdraw funds as well. I don't like this platform at all and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Pros:
I don't see any pros to using this. My experience using this platform has not been a good one
Cons:
Takes too long to make transfers or payments. No live customer service support. the chatbot sucks and doesn't actually help with anything besides pointing you to various articles.
