> **Pros**: One payment, done.  Ease of sending and control over file size.  No more hassle with Dropbox trying to upgrade me to add users every time I tried to share a file with someone.

> **Cons**: Remembering to set the parameters, but once I learned that, it's part of the process.  Newer business, so still developing trust.

> Setting up transfers and sending requests is simple and quick.  Sending multiple files in a single send is easy, and the reporting of the send and receipt is as expected.  Works as well as any other system I've used.  Much quicker and simpler than Dropbox, and less expensive than WeTransfer.  Very happy I made the switch.
