> **Pros**: RawTherapee has quickly become one of my favorite programs. It is free and open source, and is available for Windows, MacOS and Linux. It has some great features for processing RAW files: not only does it optimize images, but it also has a wide range of features that really make editing photos easier. I find the contrast, saturation and brightness adjustment functions extremely useful, as well as the shadow and gradient filter options. I also really like its color management, especially the white balance.

> **Cons**: I have been using RawTherapee for some time and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools. It is very powerful and it can be difficult to learn all of its features which are quite advanced, however, with a little effort, one can improve their skills.
