> **Pros**: The versatility of the widget. Installation was fast. We used the plugin version and had everything running in 10 minutes. The interface is easy to use and most fixes on the site are automated. We've been thinking about hiring someone but with equalweb we don't need to. The widget handles almost everything right out of the box.

> **Cons**: The back-end can be a little hard to understand, but nothing major. With a few minutes of looking around you find things. The reporting dashboard could use a little more customization thought. It'd be great with a bit more flexibility when exporting data.

It includes all the same capabilities as its competitors and many more helpful assistance options in case you ever get into regulatory difficulty. Their analysis clarified how we could make enhancements; meanwhile, it's great to have the algorithm step in and help us.

> **Cons**: Our only suggestion is that it would be wonderful to modify the Equalweb emblem on our public-facing sites. Still, we acknowledge that there may be difficulties with the image concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that we do not entirely comprehend.
