> **Pros**: The software has grown over the years and has become more user friendly. The breakdown of assets is more detailed and you have the ability to provide better information.  Customer service has improved and become more responsive.

> **Cons**: There are still some occasional glitches where assets are misidentified or the caption doesn't populate properly.

> Its mixed. There have been a number of glitches over the years, but it has also improved over time. Today it is a better product and more user friendly.
