> **Pros**: Bill is really working hard to make the UGC space more equitable for creators. Their payouts are generous and including partnership opportunities, we can make even more money and feel like true entrepreneurs.&#10;&#10;The new “got more content?” feature is truly a game changer. Brands are notorious for asking for raw files or additional formats in private messages. And they know that UGC creators are trying to grow, so they want to over deliver. We now have some fire power to be able to defend ourselves and advocate for our value as professionals. We work hard and deserve to be paid for our efforts, and this contributes to that. It is awesome\!&#10;&#10;The support team is also the best I’ve ever worked with. Their Chatbot is surprisingly helpful and that can usually point me in the right direction, but if I need more specific help, they live agents have all solved my problems or at least giving me options for solutions within the day.

Making it more equitable – and letting brands know that we are professional marketers.

> **Cons**: If you a buy a package your funds expire.

> If you buy a package, your funds expire, no extensions allowed with out them scamming you for your own money. Since when does money expire? Greedy and unethical company.&#10;&#10;The work we got from Billo was always mediocre and none of the couple thousand we spent with them ever actually did well.&#10;&#10;There is no actual customer support and it's just copy and paste responses. There is so many UGC companies to work with. Billo doesn't deserve to be in business.
