> **Pros**: Tool lets remote users see what’s on a whiteboard during a meeting, even if the presenter is in front of it. It’s great for hybrid teams because people can also add digital notes directly on the board, making collaboration super smooth and easy.

> **Cons**: It needs good lighting, which might not be easy in every setup. Also, it’s not fully ready for real-time use with AR devices yet, though that’s coming soon.
> 
> Using ShareTheBoard was simple and surprisingly effective for making remote meetings more interactive. It’s an great way to keep everyone, in-room or remote, fully engaged and on the same page.
