> **Pros**: The software makes it very simple to track hours for multiple customers, both on a project level and task level, and then it automatically formats an invoice at whatever detail level required.  It also allows for easy tracking of expenses, both purchases and mileage, which can also be tracked at a variety of levels.

> **Cons**: The software also allows facilities filling out business forms and tax filings.  I have a tax preparer, so that may not be as useful as other features.  For someone that does their own taxes, this could be helpful.
> 
> Sign up was easy and practically no training required to get up and running

I also love the fact that I can utilize Toutt platform across multiple browsers to input business expenses under different projects while using my mobile phone at client sites.

> **Pros**: Toutt is a nicely intuitive application that, unlike competing products, is directed specifically at the practicing consultant.  It's ease of use and feature set are exactly what I need to support my business.

> **Cons**: It doesn't have a transparent link to the calendar function on my phone so there's some back and forth, although I understand this feature is planned.
> 
> It saves time doing all the administrative functions for my consulting.  I'm looking forward to using it to connect me with potential contracts.
