> **Pros**: HR Hero is the most comprehensive and updated HR compliance source that I have found. While it is expensive for my small business, it is so valuable\! The compliance advice is extremely detailed, up-to-date, and the digests about what is changing and when is so helpful.

> **Cons**: As a consultant that uses HR Hero in a way that most users probably don't utilize it, it is expensive for the way we use it (getting compliance updates, occasional exemption reports for workplaces) but I trust the source so much that I deal with the cost.

> Recent platform updates have made it easier to use than the previous iteration. I have been most satisfied with the exemption report tool as well as the support from employment lawyers on getting tough questions answered.
