We had power surge which made our POS system to shutdown. Contacted Zii POS and came to replace the Unit the next day at no cost\!

> **Pros**: The team at Zii were wonderful to liaise with from the beginning.  Being short of staff during COVID - I thought switching POS would be a tedious task. Zii had designed and configured my menu onto the POS system and conducted an in depth training session with my staff - an absolute breeze.  

The system is easy to use clean and the technical/support team is quick to respond should I need any support.

> **Cons**: Really awkward to use. User interface is lacking. Whole system just seems like it’s in beta testing. Back end is hella messy and customer support is dismal.
