> **Pros**: The support available is exceptional, whether that's asking a question by Live Chat that gets answered very quickly, or scheduling in a longer support call to better understand my organisation's needs to see how things could be streamlined.  Where possible, there is a willingness to meet the customer's needs, even if that functionality doesn't yet exist within RotaCentral.  They are happy to look at whether that is something that could be developed for users.

> **Cons**: Because I wish to allow some staff to self select, and others to be allocated to roles on varying different days (not regular days), RotaCentral doesn't allow me to do this automated.  I still have to do some aspects manually in a spreadsheet and transfer the data to RotaCentral so that staff view their shifts in one portal.

A tool to monitor no shows would be useful.
