If their developers hit an obstacle you're left to your own devices to figure out the problem. Transalis do this day-in-day-out, so I'd expect them to also offer suggestions and support when this happens. On one occasion we missed some critical data during a product catalogue update and instead of warning us, they uploaded it anyway and waited for the ensuing mess. Our fault technically, but I would have expected more proactive customer service from a firm which is supposed to be our EDI integrations expert. > > Transalis have built reliable integrations for our business which have comfortably handled thousands of orders from our retail partners.
