> **Cons**: The only thing I think could help is a mobile app, so employees can move around their charity choices on the go.

> Percent Pledge has been wonderful to work with around aligning the causes important to our employees and things Suzy wants to support. The team has been incredible from contract and onboarding to being in touch with our team about special events and even things we would want to consider around giving.

> this survey has a lot of sections that are not applicable to an employee that uses the product but is not the manager or HR coordinator for the product at the company.also I only use percent pledge a few times a year but monthly was the least frequent option, leading to misleading survey results.

> **Pros**: I really like the stories of how the various funds were used and the regular monthly updates we get from our various contributions. The annual summary is also wonderful to see as it helps to build engagement with the platform. I also really like the "cause credits" that we can give to employees are various anniversaries and new hire celebrations. A great way to welcome them to the company

> **Cons**: The Volunteer/Match portal is a little buggy, but the team is always responsive and helps us through it all.

> I would choose them 10/10 times, especially over bigger and more expensive software that has less responsive customer service.
