> **Cons**: It would be helpful if the emails regarding receipt of a document by the registered agent contained more information about the document in the email so that they can be understood on a mobile device.

> **Cons**: There have been a couple of instances when there's been confusion about a SOP that has been received and whether we were properly notified via the platform. Customer service was helpful to look into these instances, however, and ensure we are good going forward.

> They have continued to improve the platform. I like that I can customize it to the services we need (mostly just registered agent services), without having to pay for  what we do not need.
