> **Pros**: Users can create 4K renderings and animation of house designs relatively easy since it's a user friendly software. Very useful library of designs to pick from with no need to design everything from scratch.

> **Cons**: Most of these renderings and animations can be done with Blender which is free to use, but more difficult for the user.
