Good Tool

Comments: I can send 10,000 personalised invitation and followup on Linkedin on automation on the backend. That helps me generate leads.

Pros:

Easy to use tool. Simple UI. The best part is I set up the software once, which has been running in the backend for the last one year. Got 2000 followers without working.

Cons:

My account got suspended for using this software once. It was suspended for a week. And waalaxy is clear about it, that your account might get suspended as they are not affiliated to work with LinkedIn.There is a huge risk involved to lost it. But since it helps me do my work easily I am still using it. Always keep this in mind.

Pros:

Easy to create and run automated campaigns.

Cons:

The absence of admin possibility (non-user who will see the stats and manage the account). UX is not always easy to get and navigate - especially for tech less savvy presale members.

Robust and Multi-Functional

Comments: I like the software

Pros:

Lots of different options for campaigns. Decent support. Email finding service.

Cons:

Learning curve. Omni-channel functionality. Not being able to manage messages / contacts within the system.

Automation from a galaxy far, far away!

Pros:

My adventure with this french based solution began with ProspectIn - a tool that preceded Waalaxy. In my opinion, Waalaxy, despite a few shortcomings, is a tool definitely more recommendable. In fact, it makes it very easy to create entire campaigns to reach prospects, job candidates, recipients, not only on LinkedIn, but also through cold-mailing. As one of the few tools, it allows you to bypass the limit of about 15 invitations a day for up to 100 invitations sent each day (although I will add that I do not recommend spamming recipients and selling on the first contact). It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month. The tool itself offers multichannel campaigns, where you can meet your prospects not only on LinkedIn, but also with mailing campaigns. Pros: You can send up to 100 invitations and even more messages, visits, or follows a day. Multi-channel marketing - not only LinkedIn, but also email enrichment and cold mailing. Great support - the best I have ever met. Really. Continuous development of the tool. Cons:

Probably the consequence of the frequent release of new versions are bugs, e.g. campaign actions are performed without time intervals, or in November the tool did not work completely for several days. So far, poor personalization options(name, surname, company). Lack of integration with tools such as Hyperise that allows you to put personalized images / gifs / videos in messages.

My Waalaxy voyage

Comments: Overall I can't imagine my work without Waalaxy right now as it gives me a counstant influx of prospects, I have a tool to quickly set up multiple campaigns, do the A\B testing and find the pitch and industry with the highest conversion for my particular product and I'm really grateful for that.

Pros:

Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach.

Cons:

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad.
