> **Pros**: Noota has fast become my essential meeting assistant. The AI joins meetings automatically (it works well with my Google calendar integration, others are available as well), records, transcribes, and creates structured summaries using customizable templates.  
What sets it apart are its strong privacy safeguards: data is encrypted and hosted on EU infrastructure, fully compliant with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001

> **Cons**: Sometimes the report generation could be a little faster - but not really an issue, the report generation for 30mins-3h meetings is usually available within few minutes (longest waiting was probably around 15 minutes).

> I purchased the software from Appsumo at the beginning and saw small improvements over time so I was ready to upgrade and after I paid the upgrade because of a tech glitch got downgrade to a free trial version and they didn't manage to fix the account or give me a new one instead.First week after I contacted support I was told that it's a tech issue on AppSumo and after I showed them prove of purchase I didn't get anymore info and was told to ask for a refund and after one week of silence I took my time to review the situation.The software has potential but running an agency relying on a software or company that doesn't manage to resolve a simple account problem or provide a solution for half a month even though the money is gone from our account is miserable.
