> **Pros**: Good value for money. Interaction between students and teachers. The idea behind the platform is very good.

> **Cons**: Terrible customer support – no contact in case of problems, and they do not respond to messages. There is no possibility of phone support if your phone number is from a country not supported by Open English. Half of the course was completed and then the account was removed without any prior notice, which makes this a high-risk transaction. If you think calling customer service will help, be aware that an automated system answers in an incomprehensible language and then disconnects the call. I strongly warn against purchasing this course.

> Loss of payment for half of the course, equivalent to six months. No replies to sent emails and no possibility of phone contact.
