> **Pros**: QAWolf is outstanding\! They've been reliable, and have given us plenty of peace of mind with their automation solutions, running checks on our various different sites, and games. They've been finding, and reporting, real bugs and have been absolutely awesome communicators. Being able to see the automated tests play out in real-time has been really cool too; I really love their transparency\! I'd highly recommend QAWolf, for sure\!

> **Cons**: The only thing I like the least is the text editor on the QAWolf Dashboard when making Coverage Requests; it's a little light on features, for example uploading screenshots. As an alternative, submitting requests over Slack is great, but I feel adjusting that text editor might be helpful for everyone\!

They are extremely well organized—nothing falls through the cracks, and bringing up any need is as simple as just mentioning it.
