> It's great not having to figure out how to make and maintain spreadsheets to track the performance of my investment properties.  The value I get out of BuyHoldTrack grows with each property I buy and each passing year.   The graphs and property comparison tools are amazing.  And finally, BuyHoldTrack allows you to give view access to other investors so that you can learn from each other.

> It really solves the problem of having to keep track of KPIs for all of my properties. It answers various questions such as which is the most profitable property in my portfolio? Which one is the least profitable? What cost item is the worst in the least profitable property? What's the IRR of each property etc.
