I think the happiest users are ones where you have very clear ideas of what you want accomplished, easy to follow instructions, and a committment to ongoing communication in the early stages to ensure continued great outcomes and results. Reading minds is very difficult, at least for me - so make sure you know what you want, and communicate with your virtual overseas team to ensure the best results.
