Comments:
Business problems which I've solved with Zoho Bookings are as such:-
1) Online Booking Management System ( sharing links for different events with our leads and Customers without goint to our calendars and manually typing in all the details, a true time savior for us).
2) Sending timely remiders for the upcoming bookings to the attendees was really a challengin task which had been solved with the help of Zoho Bookings.
3) No Conflict in any event ( third party integration with our Google Calendar was easy).
The main benefits which I have realized;-
1) No Manual work for creating events in calendar and converting times while working with International clients.
2) Automated followup,
3) Strong and automated reminder system.

Pros:
Impactful features of Zoho Bookings are as such:- 1) Booking Management 2) Calendar Management 3) Calendar Sync 4) Timely reminders about the bookings to the attendee as well as the Invitee 5) No Conflict in any event 6) Integration with third party calendars and tools through Zoho Flow, Zapier etc. 7) Inexpensive 8) Easy to embed in websited, Funnels, email etc. Zoho booking is easy to use, at first when I started my work on it, it seemed little diffcult but just in few hours it was like very easy to me. Integration with my existing business was not easy , as at that time when it was launched we faced some issues while integrating it with the current business but we have figured it out and it worked well for us.
Cons:
Features which I want to be in Zoho Bookings which is missing - Routing Forms ( as seen in Calendly) Routing leads or attendess to the right team based on the answers and qualify them even before the actual meeting. It was overall not that difficult to use Zoho Bookings but it can be made more easy by little tweaks as their compeition "Calendly". Intergration with the existig business was quite challenging but we have fuigured out our way to solve that.
Alternatives Considered:
A cost-effective alternative to the "big guys"
Pros:
It came with my Zoho One subscription, which in itself was a cheaper alternative to the usual booking tools other coaches use. It was easy to setup and has tons of customization options, from availability to reminder/confirmation emails and the look and feel of the booking form.
Cons:
The iOS app doesn't do everything you can do on the website, but meets most of the basic needs to manage bookings.
Streamlined Scheduling with Zoho Bookins
Comments: My overall experience has been positive. The platform is user friendly and very easy to book and manage your meetings. No training required at all.
Pros:
Zoho Bookings is easy to use tool for your meetings. The interface is user friendly and customizable and can be easiliy integrated with other Zoho Products. Its quite easy to manage appointments, meetings, etc. You can simply share the link with the client and they can select the slot and duration as per predefined schedule set by you.
Cons:
I personally don't find any down factor about Zoho Bookings.
Great Step Forward, but Huge Leaps Backwards
Comments: I'm really frustrated. I've had 3 sessions with Customer Support, but even they admit that the suggestion I make to them for improvement fall on deaf ears when submitted to the programmers. Come on guys! This, like many other Zoho program modules is so close to being great! But it seems to be far from it!!!
Pros:
Just to have a Booking Program that will somewhat function with Zoho CRM (which must get all of the R&D Money) is a plus.
Cons:
It's great that there is some syncing between Bookings and CRM, but it is lacking in so many ways. Sync only works from the CRM to Bookings. I can't find a single way to book something in Bookings and have it fully sync with the CRM. It is a hot mess that needs so much work to be brilliant.
Zoho is my right hand man
Comments: I really like ZOHO. It is like it was set up with me and my business in mind. I have not had a bad experiance at all. 100 percent for sure.
Pros:
I really like the ease of use. I enjoy the lay out of the application. My associates really enjoy the booking program as well.
Cons:
Just managing the set up. BUT once set up, it was and is great.
