The company sounds and looks legit, masked as a professional survey company. But dubious. I'm giving a review after I had ignored the invitation from this survey company for quite a while now. This was after I had completed two surveys for their New York client about sleeping patterns. It was a long and detailed questionnaire, and the pay for participation is $250USD. The other survey, a short one regarding health habits, promised a $100USD.However, for both completed surveys, I was never paid at all. I emailed them about the pay I never heard from them at all. And they were not that consistent anymore in sending surveys after the payment inquiry. Lately, I received a few invites again from the same research company, but I ignored them since I felt it was too good to be true after what I had experienced with them. This was validated by my research about the company after reading REVIEWS. The recent visual redesign changing nothing about the way the platform functions, the horrible support and sales services, the awful and un-transparent way credits are put on hold, the reporting features, all of it. > > As an enterprise customer of Respondent for the last 4+ years I'm fed up with the company. The platform itself still works fine, and their panel is still decent. But in the 4 years I've been working with Respondent I've had 10 different account managers. Something is wrong with their sales organization because that level of turnover is absurd\! And none of these account managers ever seem to notify me when they move on, I just reach out about something and get an automated email saying they're no longer with the company.
