> **Pros**: They onboard and train the employer well. They respond quickly to payroll and HR questions. Software offers all the payroll bells \& whistles.  We've had great customer service from them. Employee portal gets good reviews from our employees.

> Overall, as a new client we are highly satisfied with the service provided. We transitioned our 401k Plan (Empower) and our Payroll and they work very well together.

> **Pros**: Team representative is one of the best I have worked with in 44 years.  He responds quickly and is very knowledgeable.  Our CFO agrees \[sensitive content hidden\] was extremely helpful when we had an issue.  He was confident and responded quickly.

> **Cons**: Tax team does not respond very quickly when we have had an issue.  You cannot talk with them directly.
> 
> We are in about 17 states.  We have been thru a couple of payroll companies that could not offer great support.  Centrally HR has a robust reporting program.  Love the fact we can pull excel reports so easily.  If we need a specific custom report, our team rep creates it for us in a timely fashion.
