> **Cons**: From the first day the reseller had problems setting up the system. We have technical problems monthly if not more often, where the system “loses “ its target destination and the system won’t send table numbers, then staff can’t clock on, then the whole thing crashes. Impossible to create an item without a computing degree, and the user manual is totally useless.

> I would like to have returned it the day we got it. Sadly we were locked into a contract and couldn’t do so. Avoid this product\! No back up or customer service\! Waste of time and money.
