> **Pros**: TitleTec has been around a while now, its hard to remember the days of finding a thick Black Sharpie marker to write on a customers  temporary license plate tag - a month after purchase that plate expires and we forgot to complete the paperwork since there was no online reminders or recourse\!
> 
> **Cons**: The most disgraceful thing that Florida titletec did was offer a "smooth transition" from TitleTec... which was horrible and gave dealers hours of shut-downs.
> 
> With having a resource such as TitleTec it gives us information on demand such as if a clients tag can be renewed, issuing a current decal and also reminders of titling and registration for customers.

> **Pros**: I can reprint registration and titling documents with the customer information already filled in

> **Cons**: The present system transition has been absolutely disastrous. They claim a smooth transition, shut the state down for a week, and now there are a countless number of issues, errors, bugs, and overall we are dead in the water with time ticking and customers very angry. And when they mention that customer service is available 24/7, they neglect to say that the wait times are over an hour and they don't call back or answer or reply to emails and online live chat. We are in the middle of a storm that they created, they can't help us, and we can't do ANY of our car deals. We can't even print temporary tags.

> **Pros**: we no longer use it for some reason but since we were one of their first customers they actually had thr programmer onsite to fix minor things

> **Cons**: the person who supported and installed the system left the company and the service went to nothing.  we had no choice but to look elsewhere.
> 
> it was a very easy system to use to title all our cars and since we left them we are no longer able to plate cars for the public as well as our own sales.
