> **Cons**: 1. Worthless technical support. 2. Lexis/Nexis makes it impossible to transfer the software from an old device to a new one. I was quoted $5,000 to move my TM software and data from my old laptop to my new one, and that would only allow me access to a bot which might or might not be able to accomplish the transfer
