Revolutionizing eCommerce: An Innovative Review of Kaspien's Advanced Platform
Pros:
What I liked most was the detailed analysis and statistics to help make informed decisions about a business.
Cons:
From my point of view the dependence on the platform, which could limit the ability to make decisions about the business.
Useful ad management software
Comments: The onboarding experience and customer service is excellent with Kaspien. They made sure I knew how to use the software well. The software runs in the background, making changes to your ad account automatically, and it does its job quite well – though of course there's only so much one can expect from automation.
Pros:
AdManager has many features that are able to automate some of the process of running ads on Amazon. I liked that it was able to adjust the budget accordingly so that it would bid up or down based on what works best. Over time, return on ad spend decreased so the software does its job well.
Cons:
The interface could use some improvement as it can take some time to find the things you're looking for such as ROAS. I found that using Amazon's ad software was more intuitive and the interface was quicker for me to navigate so I found I was using Amazon's ad software mostly.
