> **Pros**: The features of Superdocu that appeal to me the most are the workflows. I can configure a workflow to gather documents and data from users, and I can configure the app to proceed only when the user submits the required documents that I specified. The feedback feature is also very convenient to inform the clients of the status of their compliance with regards to the documents and data submitted.

> **Cons**: Right now even though there are templates, there is a limited number. As of the time of writing this review, the roles and permissions could use a revamp and more granular permissions are desired. Additional templates are desired.

> The features to gather data and documents form clients are very useful. We like how easy it is to request for documents and to give feedback on the documents submitted. The follow-up function is also very useful.

> **Pros**: The UI on the client side looks very pleasing and works smoothly. The entire portal is very snappy and has all the features a typical business would need--and all these work very well.

> **Cons**: The data is not natively exported to an external tool like Google sheets. But all this can be done with Zapier, so not a biggie. Email customization needs to be introduced and some form of live chat for better collaboration.
