> **Pros**: Customer service was great. Your folks went out of their way to help and answered call promptly. You had one of the best staff that I have ever worked with. 
After my committee had become dissatisfied with TrailBlazer, I personally paid the $1,790 fee to keep it for my last year as chairman for my use.

My volunteers just did not have the ability or inclination to learn how to use the very complicated program.

I was frustrated because the program was built for one purpose and added to so many times to do more functions that it was comburson and complicated. It was not intuitive, just totally odd processes to go from one function to another.

> **Pros**: Trail Blazer is a user-friendly and straightforward way to track and report all information essential to fundraising - donors / contact info, contributions, pledges, events, and communications.  

Donors: Easily track contact information, contribution history, log notes, Household information and a MULTITUDE of other areas.  Interfaces with our state's voter database to easily import voter data on the spot.

Contributions: Simple data entry feature to assign contributions to a committee / client, dates, amounts, with notes / reminder pop ups if a donor is nearing his limits.

Pledges: Tracking, with ways to send communication reminders though the system as follow-up. 

Events: Creation of events, logging of contribution, record of interfacing with a donor for responses / notes.

Communications: Ways to create and send mass or individual emails with email tracking.

Additionally, the customer service is second to none.  I can email or call at any time of the day and the team is ALWAYS able to help me.  They are always open to creating new features to make things work even better\!
