As a growing company, having employee data, contracts, payroll documents, leave requests, expenses, and administrative processes in one place significantly reduces manual work and the risk of errors. The platform is easy to use both for administrators and employees. Processes that would normally require multiple emails, spreadsheets, or exchanges with external consultants become faster, clearer, and easier to track. I particularly valued the transparency it provides: employees can independently access their documents and information, while management always has an up-to-date overview of the company’s workforce. Another strong point is the quality and responsiveness of the support team. Jet HR combines effective technology with practical assistance, which is especially valuable when dealing with payroll and employment-related matters. Overall, what I liked most was the time saved and the reduction in administrative complexity. The platform has helped us bring structure and visibility to many HR processes that were previously managed across different tools, spreadsheets, and email conversations. One of the most valuable aspects has been HR reporting. Having updated information on headcount, personnel costs, leave balances, and other key HR data in one place has made reporting much faster and has helped us make more informed budgeting and workforce decisions. Jet HR has also greatly simplified contract management. New hires, contract changes, salary increases, promotions, and other employee updates can be handled through a clear and well-organized process, with documents created, signed, and stored digitally. This has reduced administrative work and made each employee’s history much easier to track. The calendar and absence-management features have also been very useful. Employees can submit requests for holidays, leave, sick days, and remote working, while managers can quickly review and approve them. Having this information centralized gives us a clear overview of team availability and ensures that the relevant data is correctly reflected in payroll. We also appreciate the ability to manage company devices alongside employee records. Being able to see which computers or other devices are assigned to each person makes onboarding, offboarding, replacements, and general IT inventory management much more controlled. In addition, features such as payroll document management, expense reports, automated deadlines and notifications, cost simulations, and health and safety compliance have made Jet HR a comprehensive operational tool. The support provided by the team and payroll professionals has been responsive and practical, especially when dealing with new hires or contractual changes. Overall, Jet HR has saved us time, reduced the risk of mistakes, and given us much better control over both HR administration and personnel costs.
