Customer support is poor, the answers change week to week depending on who you speak to, and base elements in the product don't work. Clinical staff are blind to critical pieces of patient care, management is unable to access key information to successfully run a practice, and revenue cycle is severely hampered because of poor LS setup and mixed messages for support. > > We would not recommend this to anyone. It is a disaster. Based on other positive feedback from a year or more ago, we are assuming that Lightning Step has no resources to appropriately support and maintain its product.
