> **Pros**: What I like most about Insellerate is that it provides a lot of the features we need to run our business.  Lead Management, email marketing, pipeline management via LOS integration, Post-close marketing, Marketing Flyers, outbound/inbound telephony feature.

> **Cons**: If you need them to develop something new it might take a while depending on the universal customer appeal.  They are great, however, and communicating their development roadmap so you always know what features are coming out next.

> We were able to take Lead Management, Email/SMS marketing, and post close marketing and roll them up into one vendor.  When you are managing a tech stack with over 10 vendors in it...consolidation is the number one goal.

> **Pros**: The key to success in the mortgage industry is to properly and effectively managing your leads. I have not found a CRM that does it better than Insellerate. Unlike many of the other systems out there, it is apparent that the system was built by mortgage professionals for mortgage professionals. My team and I can not recommend it highly enough.

> **Cons**: We had an issue with integration on our calendars but the team worked diligently to get this fixed.

> Keeping our sales team focused on the next action necessary to move the deal forward and providing an engagement system that ensured all of our leads were being properly worked.

Full access to automated text and email, marketing reports, accountability tools for our staff, etc. To top it off, they are integrated with our LOS, allowing for even more efficiency. Exceptional customer support, always there to help and brainstorm creative ways to utilize the CRM platform to its fullest potential\!
