Having to ask customer support for the same thing over and over again with no resolve; they would consistently get back to you , without an answer asking about your browser, settings etc even though this was answered every time and set up in the way they asked us to, almost like they were evading an answer as it was rare an issue was ever resolved. They'll then close your ticket if you don't respond in enough time for them, like they expect you to serve them vs them serving you for the service you've paid for. They did a major update, we thought this was going to make it better, unfortunately this didn't fix any of the issues we were consistently had and made for more issues with the functionality of what was previously working.
